We are bummed if you are not 100% satisfied. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. To help ensure satisfaction, we accept returns within 30 days after purchase.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds will be issued for the total amount (excluding any shipping charges) upon receiving and inspecting the items.
Products returned must be in new condition, undamaged, and in the original package. The product should not have been altered in any way.
DOMESTIC: We offer Free returns for domestic orders.
INTERNATIONAL: Unfortunately return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be taken from their refund amount.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 30 days after purchase for DOMESTIC orders only. We don't offer international exchanges, you must process a return and purchase a new item.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We are focusing on providing high-quality products for our customers. However, if any items arrive damaged during shipment or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days after delivery for a resolution.
Note: After your Return has been processed and complete, it may take 3-5 business days for your bank to clear your refund depending on your bank.
